Columbus elevator bucket (steel and plastic)

The steel Columbus buckets are pressed out of one piece, seamless, and are available in ST 37 as well as stainless steel. These buckets are normally equipped with recessed holes. Buckets with other types of holes, or without any holes, are supplied ex factory.

Plastic Columbus elevator buckets, suitable for the transport of wet and sticky materials, are available in two varieties. The white polypropylene version is temperature resistant up to 60°C.

The green nylon plastic Columbus elevator bucket is temperature resistant up to 90 °C. The following table shows the standard sizes of plastic Columbus elevator buckets.
